Cowabunga Dude!

My sons surf whenever they can and one of them told me that June 20th is Go Surf Day.  So, in honor of this fun day, I made this cute card:

Materials used: Stamp - Taj of Honolulu.  Stamp Pad - Stampin' Up! Chocolate Chip,  Copic Colors -  E47, R27, YR04, E35 and B05.  Bazzill Cardstock - Turquoise, Stampin' Up Cardstock - Craft (embossed with wavey cuttlebug envelope, Nestabilities - Curly Rectangles.

Enjoy your day!

  1. Hi Kim!
It's Kim Davenport from Just-A-Scrappin Design Team 1 (cardcreationsbykim.blogspot.com) just stoping by to say hi! I adore your Surf Day card! The swirl embossing really adds a special touch. Did you use Copic markers? I've just started playing around with those. I look forward to continue being inspired by your creations.

  2. Hi There Kim! Awww thanks for the compliment. Yes! I used Copic markers. I love them and I am still learning how to use them. Have you gone the Copic website? There are classes you can take through Copic. I've wanted to take a class or two, but just haven't had the time. I'm so glad we are on the DT together! It will be a fun experience.
